But before you book, please be sure to review the house rules: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am, during which time the pool and spa must not be used, outdoor lights must be off, and outdoor music or noise that may disturb neighbors is prohibited. Please note that noise monitors are in place to ensure compliance, and unauthorized noise may result in eviction without refund. Additionally, for your safety and security, there is a camera at the front door to monitor comings and goings. I prefer to be contacted by text :) Quiet, family friendly neighborhood Gas heat for the pool is available at $95 a day, and must be booked for the entire duration of your stay. Payment must be received prior to pool heat being turned on. The days must be consecutive. Pool heat takes 24 hours to fully heat the pool up. During winter months, it could be longer due to freezing temperatures at night.
